Safety

Heavy metals that are harmful to the
human body are usually contained in animal fatty layers. Fish scale is
made of calcium phosphate and collagen, and naturally it does not
contain any fatty layers. Our product was analyzed by Japanese national
agencies - Japan Food Analysis Center and Japan Frozen Foods Inspection
Organization. The result of analysis showed that the product does not
contain any harmful levels of heavy metals. Further, our product does
not contain any vegetable protein, pesticide residue or disease
contamination from land animals.

preservatives or additives.
Small particle size, high absorbency
Many other collagen products on the market usually contain large size
particles, which cause undesirable absorbency rate. Our collagen product
has an average particle size of 1800 (Average Molecular weight), according
to the Japanese Food Analysis Center (Details in product specifications).
The small particles’ molecular structure has straight-line link, and the
absorbency rate is between 95%~100%. In addition, polypeptide chain does
not have mutual hinge and linear organization.
Purity
Our collagen product is made of fresh fish scale; hydrolyze processed
enzymolysis, Low member process. No preservatives or additives were used
during the manufacturing process and the end product is 100% collagen.

Temperature change will not cause
water solution to become sticky or foamy, thus it has no affect on our
collagen product. Even under cold conditions the product will not turn
into gel-type solid.

The product is stable to heat. Heating
and cooking will not affect its quality.

Although normally protein in slightly
acidic solutions may cause sediments, cloudiness, or other opaque
conditions, our product will not have sediments even in pH2-3 acidic
solutions. Therefore, our product can be used in drinks, and cosmetics.
External features
It is often hard to avoid unpleasant fish odor
in fish collagen. However, beverage manufacturers in Japan have stringent
requirements for collagen used in theirs beverage products in that the
collagen must be very soluble, colorless, flavorless, and odorless. Our
product uses special manufacturing process to match these qualities –
when dissolved in water, a transparent solution, it is colorless (powder
form is white, liquid-form is colorless), tasteless when eaten. Thus,
the product can be consumed directly or added into beverages, cooked-foods,
and health products.
